Training Within Industry: Job Instruction\, teaches team members an effective and systematic method for quickly training employees to do a job correctly\, safely\, and conscientiously.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica\; font-size: 12pt\;">Developing and delivering training with the Training Within Industry Job Instruction methods provides a structured process and fosters the conditions for consistency\, reliability\, and stability. Participants are taught how to set the stage for instruction\, effectively demonstrate the task\, observe and coach the trainee\, and taper off coaching with proper follow-up.</span></p>
