Training Within Industry: Job Instruction\, teaches team members an effective and systematic method for quickly training employees to do a job correctly\, safely\, and conscientiously.</span></p>

Participants are taught how to set the stage for instruction\, effectively demonstrate the task\, observe and coach the trainee\, and taper off coaching with proper follow-up.</span></p>
