Participants will encourage participants to explore the different aspects of a team, as well as ways that they can become a top-notch team performer. This lesson defines types of teams and the typical roles and responsibilities associated with each, reviews the four stages of team development, discovers problem solving as a team and making the most of team building.Today’s leader must be versatile and adaptable. This training is designed for department heads, front line supervisors, team leaders and coordinators whether they are new to the position or have been in a leadership role for years. Instructor:
