COURSE DESCRIPTION
Do you or your employees spend the majority of the day ‘putting out fires’ on issues that reoccur? Root cause analysis is a systematic process to uncover the true sources of issues to eliminate and prevent reoccurrence. 

Explore methods to successfully implement root cause analysis for issues encountered in the workplace. After completing this workshop, participants will be able to utilize root cause analysis tools to magnify effectiveness of problem solving efforts for themselves and their teams.
