COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Introduction to OSHA training course emphasizes workers' rights and protections according to the OSH Act of 1970. Introduction to OSHA training teaches the history of OSHA and the administration’s role in reducing work-related injuries and deaths. Participants will learn about employer's responsibilities under OSHA and the ways that OSHA protects their right to a safe and healthful work environment as well as OSHA inspections, penalties, recordkeeping and reporting requirements.Δ Annual recertification may be required depending on the worksite regulations.
