Lesson 1: Change Management Basics
Change Management is the process of guiding an organization through either an adaptive change or a transformational change, both with their own sets of challenges. For an organization to successfully implement change, it must first be ready for change and motivated to move from status quo.

Lesson 2: You as the Change Agent
Developing a realistic strategic plan with relevant key performance indicators is critical in leading through change. This lesson includes identification of project stakeholders and clear project scope.

Lesson 3: Implementation
During implementation phase, communication to the organization is crucial. Change managers must empower employees while anticipating and eliminating roadblocks and barriers.

  • Identifying and eliminating roadblocks to change.
Lesson 4: Sustainability
Long-lasting change is where most projects fail. Leaders can improve sustainability of change by embedding it in their company’s culture, practices, and procedures.
