COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to equip organizations with the knowledge and skills necessary to cultivate a workplace environment where safety is paramount and will delve into the principles of effective leadership in safety, emphasizing the role of managers and supervisors in setting the tone for a safety-first culture. Participants will explore strategies for risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident prevention, while also learning how to engage and motivate their teams to prioritize safety. Participants will also gain insights into creating clear safety policies, fostering open communication, and addressing safety concerns proactively. By the end of this course, participants will be well-equipped to lead their organizations towards a healthier and safer work environment, ultimately reducing accidents and enhancing overall productivity.

Differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate reinforcement of safety and health behavior.
