COURSE DESCRIPTION The People Side of Lean uses the dynamic and proven Training Within Industry (TWI) method of hands-on training, learning and coaching for supervisors, team leaders, and workers, all geared toward empowering today’s frontline workers. Using the TWI training method is effective because your people become involved and feel appreciated, learners learn by doing, not observing, they learn long term skills that are aligned with their goals and the expertise your team learns sticks with them leading to more efficiency and better teamwork.
Job Instruction is focused on the people who supervise the workers and the workers themselves with emphasis on building skills and confidence in what the job entails, how to do it the best way, and why. This course is apart of the People Side of Lean Certification program. Interested?
