Structured Problem Solving: 8D Methodology is a team-based approach designed to identify, address, and prevent recurring problems through a structured, eight-step process. This course builds on foundational problem-solving skills by introducing a proven framework that drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. Participants will explore each discipline of the 8D process, from problem definition to corrective and preventive actions, while applying these principles to real-world challenges. Through hands-on activities and case studies, learners will develop the skills necessary to create effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and leverage cross-functional collaboration for sustainable problem resolution.
