COURSE DESCRIPTION
Team building is crucial to an efficient workforce and employee retention, yet it can be difficult for businesses to encourage a culture of teamwork. After completing this course, participants will be able to build better work relationships within the team and promote more effective communication between team members. Whenever working in teams, there is a possibility of conflict. During this course, participants will learn a process that they can use to modify and resolve day to day conflicts as well as other crucial conflict resolution skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement Frame. This course incorporates a related team building activity.
