COURSE DESCRIPTION Team building is crucial to an efficient workforce and employee retention, yet it can be difficult for businesses to encourage a culture of teamwork. After completing this course, participants will be able to build better work relationships within the team and promote more effective communication between team members. Teams are typically comprised of people with diverse ideas and backgrounds and will always outperform individuals when leaders understand how to build these teams and leverage the strengths of all team members. This course will encourage participants to explore the different aspects of a team, as well as ways that they can become a top-notch performer.
