COURSE DESCRIPTION Mechatronics Level I Operator training will provide the essential skills needed to function as a well-rounded machine operator in a complex production system, responsible for efficient operation of the equipment with minimal downtimes. Mechatronics Operator training is delivered with a focus on system understanding, troubleshooting and problem solving. Prior to class, it is recommended that the participants complete an occupational assessment as well as mechanical hands-on assessment.

Understand Pneumatic Systems;
Understand the principles of pressure, flow, and directional control;
Identify common issues and faults.

Understand the basic principles of hydraulics systems;
Develop skills in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems;
Apply theoretical concepts to practical hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios.
A.1.7 Mechatronics Level I: Control Systems
Understand the basic principles of control systems;
Gain knowledge of control components, their functions, and integration;
Develop skills in troubleshooting and maintaining control systems.
A.1.8 Mechatronics Level I: Integration and Troubleshooting
Understand and practice the principles of problem solving;
Become familiar with problem description and downtime reports;
