Mechatronics Level I Operator training will provide the essential skills needed to function as a well-rounded machine operator in a complex production system, responsible for efficient operation of the equipment with minimal downtimes. Mechatronics Operator training is delivered with a focus on system understanding, troubleshooting and problem solving. Prior to class, it is recommended that the participants complete an occupational assessment as well as mechanical hands-on assessment.

A.1.5 Mechatronics Level I: Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
Master pneumatic and hydraulic systems, covering principles of pressure, flow, adn directional control;
Hone skills in diagnosing and repairing system issues systematically;
Apply theory to practical scenarios, solving real-world problems;
Excel in system maintenance and optimization through troubleshooting and of industry best practices.
A.1.6 Mechatronics Level I: Control Systems
Understand the basic principles of control systems;
Gain knowledge of control components, their functions, and integration;
Develop skills in troubleshooting and maintaining control systems.
