It is in every employer's best business interest to promptly address workplace employee relations issues as soon as they arise. Ignoring expressed employee concerns in not an option. This course will provide attendees with the practical tools to effectively, efficiently and legally conduct investigations of workplace employee relations matters with the goal of reaching an appropriate resolution.

  • Reaching a conclusion.
  • Preparing the report of the investigation.
  • Completing any necessary follow up.
