COURSE DESCRIPTION OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens standard is a federal OSHA regulation that prescribes safeguards to protect workers against the health hazards from exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials and to reduce their risk from this exposure. After completing this course, participants will have the knowledge to comply with OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standard and CDC directives regarding risks and precautions associated with exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials.
