COURSE DESCRIPTION In any business, meeting project goals is crucial in every facet of the business environment. Project leaders need the essential skills to lead these projects successfully. Successful project management requires considering all factors that influence the execution. This workshop provides the foundational knowledge necessary to understand key factors, such as scope, time, cost, quality, resources and communication. Participants will learn practical ways to explore and understand project goals for the life cycle of a project, from project start to project closing.

Understand the importance of risk management in project success.
