This course reviews creating SMART goals, prioritizing and developing action plans, introduces the 4 Disciplines of Execution, and discusses self-motivation and time management.

Course Delivery
Blended Learning - Online/Self-Paced and Virtual/Instructor-Led
Participants will receive a link to the online portion of the course one week prior to the class date, to complete on their own. This is a 1 hour self-paced lesson. Participants will then join a 90 minute, virtual instructor-led class to review course material and apply knowledge through class activities.


Participants will be awarded a badge for each course they complete. A Leadership Development Certificate will be awarded to those participants completing all 7 courses within the certification.
