Leading a Healthy Safety Culture
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Job safety focuses on environmental health and safety and provides a framework to engage employees in identifying potential hazards and eliminating them in conjunction with their training and knowledge in OSHA and EPA regulations.
This program teaches the Training Within Industry method to analyze the chain of events leading to accidents and hazardous situations. Root causes are identified and remediated to “break the chain.” Job safety stresses that the relationship of the leader and employees plays a pivotal role in a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Your company will benefit from lower incident rates and few accidents and injuries by utilizing this standard process for training employees. Other benefits include improved morale, less downtime and improved safety records and inspection results.
