Participants will then join a 90 minute, virtual instructor-led class to review course material and apply knowledge through class activities.


Participants will be awarded a badge for each course they complete. A Leadership Development Certificate will be awarded to those participants completing all 7 courses within the certification.

The Kata course offers an in-depth exploration of the Kata methodology for continuous improvement and problem-solving. Participants will learn the core practices of the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata, including setting target conditions, identifying obstacles, and conducting iterative experiments.
